Marriage takes energy, time and effort to succeed. Enjoy your selves together and be friends again. You may even switch off your cells phones so that you don?t get any form of distraction.
B. You may also set a regular meeting time to talk about issues in your quest to build a better and stronger relationship with your partner. Schedule the starting time of the meeting and the end time of such and have just one agenda per session. Make sure that there is room for solution to be sort and don?t discuss trivial issues like the kitchen sinks. This meeting may even be all about solving problems, when there is no serious issues to be tackled, it can be as an avenue to compliment each and show appreciation for what happened since throughout the week.
C. You have to learn how to reduce stress so that it doesn?t affect your relationship. You can just devote only 5 minutes daily to relax, reflect and listen to soothing music. It may seem insignificant but will go a long way in helping you to relax with your spouse or partner.
You have to continually share your dreams and aspirations with your partner if you must build a better and stronger relationship. This will make your partner an ally and provide you the unflinching support you need to pursue such dreams while bringing you two closer together.
