Are you going through a break up? If so you have probably asked this question, “how to get ex back?” a million times. Nearly all adults go through these tormenting times sometime during their lives. With time the wound heals and we learn to move on.

What if deep in your heart, you still want your ex back and not willing to give up and be a victim of “break up”. You can make it reverse it provided you are willing to pay the price. Nothing in this world is free, you want your ex back, you need to put in some work. If you are one of the determined one’s, congratulations you have just overcome the first hurdle. The deep desire to get your ex back shows that you are willing to go that extra yard to win back your love.

Break ups can be reversed, it’s a known fact. There are studies which have proved this; to be precise 90% of all break up’s can be reversed. Do you want to fall into that 90%? If so you need to know the exact steps you need to take to make it happen.

You might be asking what exact steps? Well think about a marriage, you plan out everything in detail in advance; you know the exact sequence of how things should happen, you have put thought into planning the whole event. The same is true with getting an ex back. You need to have a step by step game plan.

Now there are times when plans can go wrong that’s when you need contingency plans or back up plans. You always need to have a safety net in case things go out of control. If you want to get your ex back I strongly urge you to look at a blueprint or a system which you can work off. You owe it yourself.

Let’s look at some tips… Imagine a plane crash, what’s the first thing the officials look for? They look for the so called black box so that they can find what went wrong. There are two reasons why they do it, a) you get to understand what went wrong and b) you can learn from the mistake and prevent it from happening again. Determining what exactly went wrong in your case is the first and foremost step in getting your ex back.

No matter what the reasons are, you need to understand the specifics so you can start putting together a plan of action. You have various guides which will help you plan your actions depending on your situation. There you go, that’s your first step.

The second step is vital to your success; it has to do with being desperate. Yes, you are going through a bad time but if you let emotions take control, you are going to end up in a much bigger mess. People look for the easy way out, they try begging, crying, shouting and the list go on. The whole point is to be strong inside and show that your happiness doesn’t depend on your ex.

Majority of the people make this mistake by letting emotions rule only to find out that they are more depressed and frustrated when things don’t work out the way they want. Remember, seeming needy and desperate will only push your ex away instead of pulling them back to you.

Again there are guides which show you exactly how to control your emotions and various ways of distracting yourself when you are getting desperate. Good guides will also cover what to say and most importantly what not to say.

Now a final tip on what not to do. As tempting as it can be, please stay away from making the ex jealous trick. It can back fire on you big time. Think about it, what’s the point in showing your ex that you are into someone else when you are really into him/her? There are more powerful ways of getting your ex back than that.

Getting back with your ex is not rocket science but more applying techniques which are proven and most of all applying common sense. Start working on yourself first before you set out to change your ex. make sure you are on your best behavior and stop acting like a child.

Good luck with all your efforts in getting your ex back.
